EDF Renewables Chile participates in the Ministry of Energy’s “Energía + Mujer” program.

There are many challenges still pending, especially from a cultural perspective, including the maintenance of stereotypes in highly masculinized sectors such as the energy sector. EDF Renewables Chile is committed to appoint women in leadership positions within the company, to make sure that there are no gaps or discrimination between men and women and to promote a greater participation of women in scientific and technological careers. Nowadays, the EDF Renewables Chile management team is balanced with an equal number of men and women.
